dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio se analizará al departamento de bodega de la compañía para identificar cuál es la problemática al realizar sus procesos, recordando que estos son esenciales para conservar un buen control en su inventario, debido a que han venido trabajando de una forma no tan adecuada, uno de estos factores que existe en la bodega es la falta de compromiso, la poca comunicación que hay entre departamentos involucrados, el poco conocimiento del sistema por parte de los bodegueros. Para la empresa es muy importante cumplir con las demandas que realizan los clientes, en algunas ocasiones no se cumple con la misma, debido a que el inventario no se encuentra del todo cuadrado, el nuevo sistema que han implementado tiene una pequeña falla, ya que no tiene restricción para ciertos movimientos que se realizan en el inventario.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present research titled “Stock control analysis on warehouse department in Diteca SA replacements importer”, the company's warehouse department will be analyzed to identify the problem in the process, remembering that these are essential to keep a good control in their inventory, because they have been working in a not so suitable way , One of these factors that exists in the winery is the lack of commitment, the lack of communication between departments involved, the lack of knowledge of the system by winemakers. For the company it is very important to comply with the demands made by customers, sometimes it is not met, because the inventory is not completely square, the new system they have implemented has a small flaw, since it has no restriction on certain movements that are made in the inventory.es_ES
