dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se desarrolló con la finalidad de dar solución a la problemática del control de las existencias y tener una mejor gestión en los inventarios para que la empresa pueda tener una mejor organización, además se recopiló información que se encuentra en el marco teórico, que ayudará a mejorar el manejo de los inventarios, también información del marco metodológico, donde se utilizó la investigación descriptiva, bibliográfica y de campo. Se recurrió a las técnicas de las entrevistas y la encuesta. La hipótesis planteada es Salvaguardar las existencias con la propuesta de la ISO 27001 para obtener información oportuna, tanto física y contable de los productos que se comercializan en la empresa Peter Pc S.A. En la propuesta se elaboró manuales de procedimientos para para los diferentes departamentos de la entidad. El mismo que contiene políticas, forma de contabilización, toma física de inventarios y flujos los cuales ayudarán que las actividades se realicen de manera eficiente y con una excelente seguridad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present study was developed in order to solve the problem of control and have a better management in the inventories so that the company can have a better organization, in addition information was collected that is in the theoretical framework, which will help to improve the handling of inventories, also information on the methodological framework, where descriptive, bibliographic and field research was used. The techniques of the interviews and the survey were used. The proposed hypothesis is to safeguard the inventories with the proposal of ISO 27001 to obtain timely information, both physical and accounting of the products that are marketed in the company Peter Pc S.A. In the proposal, procedural manuals were prepared for the different departments of the entity. The same that contains policies, form of accounting, physical taking of inventories and flows which will help the activities to be carried out efficiently and with excellent security.es_ES
