| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se basa en analizar la ejecución presupuestaria en el GAD Municipal del Cantón Santa Lucía, el cual tiene con tema principal un plan de mejora para poner en marcha y así obtener un beneficio colectivo. Para lo cual se implementara metodologías en la investigación dando una propuesta la cual ayude a tener una mejor gestión en base a la distribución de recursos, solucionar las falencias y necesidades que se requieren. El GAD Municipal del cantón de Santa Lucia siendo un Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado se acata al Código Orgánico de Organización Territorial, Autonomía y Descentralización así como el Código Orgánico de Planificación y Finanzas Pública para realizar los procesos y medir el cumplimiento de eficiencia y eficacia con la intención de identificar si llega con las metas del plan de desarrollo y ordenamiento territorial. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research work is based on analyzing the budget execution in the Municipal GAD of Canton Santa Lucia, which has as main theme an improvement plan to start up and thus obtain a collective benefit. To this end, methodologies will be implemented in the research, giving a proposal which will help to have a better management based on the distribution of resources, to solve the shortcomings and needs that are required.
