| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación histórica y explicativa, se llevó a cabo en Ecuador en la provincia del Guayas, y su objetivo es analizar las causas y efectos que ocasiona la falta de unidades en la gestión de flotas de transporte para una planta procesadora de camarón ubicada en el cantón Durán, evaluando el impacto operativo y económico que genera. La planta procesadora en estudio proporciono la información que se encuentra en la base de datos del departamento de logística sobre vehículos, modalidad de contratación, libras de camarón y costos desde enero del año 2014 hasta diciembre del año 2015. Al tener una eficiente gestión de flota se cubre la demanda vehicular existente y permite cumplir con la compra programada y genera mayor ingreso a la planta procesadora. El registro evaluado corresponde al programa de flota solicitada y despachada, planificación de libras comercializadas y transportadas, la modalidad de contratación. Con la información se realizó un análisis de la cantidad de flota, participación de la modalidad de contratación del transporte, y se determinó que existe un considerable nivel de incumplimiento en vehículos solicitados y libras comercializadas resultando la mejor modalidad de contratación el Modelo A, por su servicio y costo de movilización. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The following work of historic and expalanatory investigation, was made in Ecuador in the state of Guayas and its objective was to analize the causes and effects that caused by the lack of units are involved in the managment of transport for shrimp proccesing plant located in the district of Duran evaluating the operative and economic impact it produces. When having an efficient managment of fleet, the existing demand of vehicles can be fulfilled and it allows fulfilling with the programmed sale and it generates a major income to the proccesing plant. The proccesing plant in study provided the information that is found in the database of the department of logistic about vehicles, mode of contract, shrimp pounds and costs since january of 2014 until december of the following year. The evaluated registry corresponding to the requested and delivered fleet program, the planification of commercialized pounds and delivered, it's model of employment. With the recollected information, it was made an analisis of the quantity of the fleet, participation of the modality of contract transport, and it was determined that there is a considerable level of unfulfillment of solicited vehicles and comercialized pounds with the result being the best the contract the model A, because of its service and movilization costs. | es_ES |
