dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo trata de un análisis del deporte del surf y el desarrollo del turismo náutico-deportivo que existe en el Balneario de Engabao ubicado en el Cantón General Villamil Playas perteneciente a la provincia del Guayas. La actividad turística de la zona tiene un gran potencial por sus recursos naturales y su principal atractivo es la playa motivación para los surfistas tanto nacionales como internacionales, para ello el presente análisis tiene como fin seguir potencializando el turismo en esta zona. La metodología de investigación aplicada para recopilar información se lo hizo a través de visitas de campo, investigación bibliográfica y encuestas a los actores estratégicos que participan de la actividad turística. La información recopilada ayudó a documentar la realidad del turismo y principalmente de la actividad del surf. Es así que se realizó la siguiente propuesta que contiene estrategias de promoción, implementación de planta turística, desarrollo de eventos para fortalecer el turismo, difusión por medio de una cuenta de facebook, elaboración de trípticos, creación de un logotipo, además las mejoras de la señalización del sector que indican todos los servicios que ofrece la Playa de Engabao, también la difusión mediante los medios de comunicación la cual servirá como una herramienta para fortalecer el turismo principalmente del surf en el lugar.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present work deals with an analysis of the sport of surfing and the development of nautical-sport tourism that exists in the Spa of Engabao located in the Canton General Villamil Playas belonging to the province of Guayas. The tourist activity of the area has a great potential for its natural resources and its main attraction is the beach motivation for both national and international surfers, for this purpose the present analysis has the purpose of further enhancing tourism in this area. The methodology of applied research to gather information was made through field visits, bibliographical research and surveys to the strategic actors who participate in the tourist activity. The information gathered helped to document the reality of tourism and mainly the activity of surfing. Thus, the following proposal was made, which includes strategies for promotion, implementation of tourism plant, development of events to strengthen tourism, dissemination through a Facebook account, preparation of leaflets, creation of a logo, and improvements in Signage of the sector that indicate all the services offered by the beach of Engabao, also the dissemination through the media which will serve as a tool to strengthen tourism mainly surfing in the place.es_ES
