Resumen
El proyecto “Evaluación de los servicios turísticos del parque Safari de la ciudad de Guayaquil para el diseño de un plan de estrategias de servicios para mejorar la calidad” es una investigación descriptiva porque logra verificar detalladamente los elementos que ayudaron a que sea posible la elección del estudio en el espacio de entretenimiento y de manera analítica vemos la condición y la calidad que brindan los prestadores de servicio en el parque, de esta manera se podrá evaluar los servicios turísticos; Este plan de estrategias de servicios ayudará con recomendaciones a todos los trabajadores del parque para que mejoren en algunas funciones de cada área como en la planeación del servicio que se brinda, en los criterios de calidad en relación a las diferentes etapas del servicio, en el recorrido del lugar, en el uso del servicio por parte del visitante o turista, en el uso de los servicios higiénicos y en la despedida al visitante.
