dc.description.abstractActualmente es conocido que existe una gran cantidad de extranjeros que han arribado al Ecuador, sean estos con fines comerciales, turísticos, negocios, etc. Una participación significante de turistas extranjeros que han venido al país pertenece por edad al grupo de adultos mayores, quienes en mayor proporción han optado por hacer del Ecuador su país de residencia por los beneficios y características naturales que el país les brinda. Hasta el 2015 había un incremento de personas que habían decidido vivir en el Ecuador, habiendo en tan sólo en la ciudad de Cuenca al menos ocho mil habitantes estadounidenses y aproximadamente doce mil habitantes canadienses y europeos siendo para la localidad una oportunidad de desarrollo. El planteamiento de este trabajo pretende aprovechar los esfuerzos que se han realizado para lograr el alto flujo de intercambio cultural al que se enfrenta el Ecuador y ofrecer al país específicamente a Guayaquil – Playas como un nuevo destino o alternativa, no solo turística sino más bien de residencia para extranjeros especialmente a los adultos mayores. Se pretende dar a conocer los beneficios y atractivos que ofrece Guayaquil- Playas para su mercado objetivo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIt is now known that a large number of foreigners have arrived in Ecuador, whether for commercial, tourist, business, etc. purposes. A significant participation of foreign tourists who have come to the country belongs to the group of older adults, who in greater proportion have chosen to make Ecuador their country of residence because of the benefits and natural characteristics that the country offers them. Until 2015 there was an increase of people who had decided to live in Ecuador, having in only in the city of Cuenca at least eight thousand American inhabitants and approximately twelve thousand canadian and european inhabitants being for the locality an opportunity of development. The aim of this work is to take advantage of the efforts that have been made to achieve the high flow of cultural exchange that Ecuador is facing and to offer the country specifically to Guayaquil - Beaches as a new destination or alternative, not only tourism but also Residence for foreigners especially the elderly. It aims to publicize the benefits and attractions offered by Guayaquil-Playas for its target market.es_ES
