dc.description.abstractCon la ley orgánica de comunicación existe apertura para que los montubios, indígenas y afroecuatorianos tengan acceso a programas que los identifique dentro de su cosmovisión, hay un acceso a las producciones nacionales; pero muchas veces por desconocimiento el ciudadano no participa, En el cantón Quevedo existen varios espacios de radio que se mantienen al aire las veinticuatro horas al día, pero no existe un programa que identifique la cultura. El objetivo de esta investigación diseñar un programa de radio para la inclusión de los montubios, indígenas y afroecuatorianos que residen en el cantón Quevedo. Para el efecto se utilizó el método inductivo que permitió recabar información a través de la aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas, lo que genero conclusiones generales fundamentadas en el análisis de los datos, el método deductivo permitío valorizar la propuesta del programa radial, y con método analítico se determinó la viabilidad del programa radial. Con el análisis de los resultados se comprobó que los habitantes no han escuchado programas de cultural y, que están de acuerdo en escuchar sobre cultura. En consecuencia, con las entrevistas realizadas a dirigentes de las diferentes etnias se determinó que la propuesta es válida.es_ES
dc.description.abstractWith the organic law of opening for communication exists montubios, indigenous and Afro-Ecuadorians have access to programs that identify within their worldview, there is access to national productions; but often due to ignorance citizens do not participate, in the canton Quevedo there are several radio spots that remain on the air twenty four hours a day, but there is a program that identifies the culture. The objective of this research design a radio program for the inclusion of local peasants, indigenous and Afro-Ecuadorians living in the canton Quevedo. For this purpose the inductive method that allowed collect information through the use of surveys and interviews was used, which generated broad conclusions based on the analysis of the data, the perdition deductive method to enhance the proposal of the radio program, and analytical method the viability of the radio program was determined. With the analysis of the results it found that people have not heard and cultural programs that agree to hear about culture. Consequently, with interviews with leaders of different ethnic groups it was determined that the proposal is valid.es_ES
