| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolla en la empresa Sysline Xpress S.A. dedicada a la comercialización de tecnología computacional, la cual se ve en la necesidad de realizar como muchas empresas una expansión de su negocio, el actual estudio se enfoca en el crecimiento de esta empresa ya que en la actualidad es muy alta la venta de computadoras en la ciudad de Caluma y al no tener un espacio disponible para armar estas máquinas y darles mantenimiento se está perdiendo la oportunidad de generar mayores ingresos y de ganar más usuarios, para efecto de este estudio se aplicará la investigación de campo a través de la entrevista la misma que será aplicada a los altos mandos de la empresa, con la finalidad de recopilar toda la información necesaria de forma veraz. En consecuencia la investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio de factibilidad para determinar la creación de un taller para ensamblar y dar mantenimiento a computadoras, a través de la ejecución de un proyecto de inversión viable, con la finalidad de que el negocio de esta empresa crezca y genere mayores beneficios para la misma, como son el incrementar tanto sus ingresos como los clientes. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research work is developed in the company Sysline Xpress S.A. dedicated to the commercialization of computational technology, which is seen in the need to realize as many companies an expansion of its business, the current study focuses on the growth of this company since at present it is very high the sale of computers in the city of Caluma and having no space available to set up these machines and maintain them is losing the opportunity to generate more income and gain more users, for the purpose of this study the field research will be applied through the interview same that will be applied to the high commands of the company, with the purpose of gathering all the necessary information in a truthful way.
