dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo el mejoramiento del control de inventario de la empresa de Repuestos Oswaldo Navia, que se encuentra ubicada en el sector centro oeste de la ciudad de Guayaquil. La metodología de investigación utilizada fue cualitativa mediante la aplicación de entrevistas, cuestionario y observación directa, obteniendo como resultado las causas que provocaron las deficiencias en la administración del inventario. Se determinó ausencia de políticas de compra y de control de inventario, lineamientos no definidos en los procesos, inconsistencia del inventario físico con los registros del sistema administrativo y el desconocimiento de los trabajadores sobre las funciones. Se establece una propuesta mediante estrategias dirigidas al rediseño de los cargos y perfiles, normalizar los procedimientos del proceso de compra y venta de los repuestos automotrices, establecer políticas claras, identificación de la capacitación necesaria y mecanismos de control.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present study of case takes as an aim the improvement of the inventor control of the company of Repuestos Oswaldo Navia, which is located in the west center sector of Guayaquil city. The methodology of used investigation was qualitative by means of the application of interviews, questionnaire and direct observation, obtaining like proved the reasons that provoked the deficiencies in the administration of the inventory. There decided absence of policies of purchase and of inventory control, limits not defined in the processes, inconsistency of the physical inventory with the records of the administrative system and the ignorance of the workers on the functions. An offer is established by means of strategies directed the redesign of the charges and profiles, to normalize the procedures of the process of purchase and sale of the self-propelling supplies, to establish clear policies, identification of the necessary training and mechanisms of control.es_ES
