dc.description.abstractActualmente la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil atraviesa por una etapa de intervención la cual requiere que se mejore varios ámbitos dentro de la misma. La red LAN de esta facultad es primordial para su funcionamiento ya que es una de las facultades más grandes de la universidad por lo tanto es primordial que su red este en un funcionamiento óptimo y a la altura de la tecnología actual. Es por estos motivos que se decide implementar este proyecto de titulación con la finalidad de dar una mejora conveniente a dicha red. Dentro de esto se encuentra también realizar diseños de red de toda la facultad ya que tampoco cuentan con los mismos en ninguno de los edificios que la conforman, realizar una reingeniería es lo principal para que la red eleve su rendimiento y brinde mejor satisfacción a los usuarios tanto académicos como administrativos. Por ultimo realizar un etiquetado con las normas correspondientes para tener plenamente identificados todos los puntos dentro de la red.es_ES
dc.description.abstractNowadays Faculty Medical Sciences at the Guayaquil University overpasses an intervention stage where several areas could be improve itself. The LAN of this faculty is essential for working, because of the largest faculties of the university, therefore it is essential that network could be in optimum operation and to the height of the current technology. For this reasons it was decided to implement this degree project, for the purpose of giving an improvement desirable to that network. Otherwise all buildings of the faculty will have a reengineering in order to get a working network rising the productive and high efficiency to offer and provide better satisfaction for the staff in general finally performing a labelling with the relevant rules to identify all the points inside the network.es_ES
