Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la Educación., 2023-09) Bonilla Quinde, Michael Ismael; Córdova Granda, Karol Ivonne; Alvarado Pignataro, DanielaThe present investigation was carried out in the Private School "San Felipe Neri' located in the city of Guayaquil, province of Guayas, focused only on seventh-grade students of general education; The objective of this exploration is to promote, develop and improve reading comprehension through the use of web tools. Moreover, it took into account the field study, static analysis, the use of instruments, and research techniques. In addition, the study exposes the realistic results obtained during this exploration. As a result, the authors designed a didactic guide aimed at English teachers based particularly on the ADDIE Model. This guide has activities for students that promote the development of reading comprehension with the implementation of digital tools, likewise,they can develop these activities autonomously, develop critical thinking and add technology as a means of learning.
