Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la Educación, 2022-04) Yagual Morán, Washington Alejandro; Limones Toala, Karen Estephania; Arenas Botero, Diana MaríaThis is a purposeful research that seeks to analyze how new technologies influence the development of knowledge and oral comprehension in French, of the students of 1st year of Baccalaureate "B" of the ‘’Unidad Educativa Fiscal Guayaquil, in the school year 2021-2022. For this study, bibliographical research was carried out that allows exposing the problematic reality, defining oral comprehension as a dependent variable and the impact of new technologies as an independent variable. The methodology was descriptive and statistical in scope, collecting information through tools such as surveys, interviews and observation. The analysis that was carried out was based on the historical and theoretical background of different researchers and on the contextual reality. After obtaining the information, the proposal was made, which consists of a pedagogical tool, structured in a blog with digital content focused on the development of oral comprehension and in an integral way to the other linguistic skills. In conclusion, the proposal is an option that will allow both the teacher and the students to work effectively in learning the French language as a second foreign language.
