Resumen
El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es observar, identificar evaluar e implementar un medio de comunicación gratuito que permita y mantenga a toda la ciudadanía del Cantón, investigado en un alto nivel de información. El Cantón Salitre no posee ningún tipo de comunicación formal aceptada por la población, pues el desinterés en mantenerse informados no aportara al crecimiento de la localidad. Debido a lo detallado del material investigado, se estudió la posibilidad de proponer un periódico quincenal, que se use como un medio de comunicación Prensa esta matriz está defendida en el marco teórico del proyecto, fundamentado con principios teóricos andragógico, haciendo denotar lo importante que es tener una comunicación veraz y efectiva para el crecimiento y competitividad de la localidad. Se utilizará el modelo exploratorio a través de la investigación de campo para recolectar datos que midan la comunicación actual y sentar las bases para la propuesta. Los beneficiarios de la prensa serán los moradores del sector, los subordinados tendrán muchas oportunidades para ser escuchados, ayudar al crecimiento interno del Cantonal comercio menor a publicitar sus servicios a un menor costo que lograrán conocer a través del periódico. Las características del medio, será realizarlo en papel normal como papel digital para la web, el beneficio mayor para nuestros patrocinadores es que su imagen y publicidad llega directamente al lector y no se produce un filtro cuando se vende en las tiendas y comisariato. Las herramientas a utilizarse será la encuesta realizada a toda la población que permitirá tener resultados muy acertados de lo investigado.
