Resumen
La administración de los inventarios en la actualidad es un problema mundial y la empresa RIKA PAPA Compañía de Alimentos S.A (RIKAPAPA) no está excluida de esta realidad, debido a que la empresa no cuenta con un control adecuado por lo que aparece la necesidad de mejorar los procedimientos para el área de bodega de la empresa e implementar un sistema de control de inventarios.
La metodología usada para el estudio de campo fue el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, donde se utilizaron las técnicas de encuestas y entrevista donde se pudo evidenciar que la empresa tiene algunos problemas como recepción en materia prima, perdida de productos, despacho al área de producción y almacenamiento de producto terminado. Estos generan un costo dentro de la empresa y es importante que se resuelva lo antes posible.
Por lo tanto, se considera necesario dentro de la organización no tienen establecidos los procedimientos a seguir, debido a que no cuentan con uno debidamente documentado para el área de bodega, en donde se especificarán las actividades a seguir gráfica y textualmente para un mayor entendimiento de los empleados incluso los que vayan a formar parte de la empresa. En conclusión, con los procedimientos a implementar se reducirán las falencias que tiene la empresa.
The management of inventories is currently a global problem and the company RIKA PAPA Compañía de Alimentos S.A. (RIKAPAPA) is not excluded from this reality, due to the fact that the company does not have adequate control, which is why there is a need to improve the Procedures for the warehouse area of the company and implement an inventory control system. The methodology used for the field study was the qualitative and quantitative approach, where the survey and interview techniques were used where it was possible to show that the company has some problems such as receipt of raw materials, loss of products, dispatch to the production area and storage of finished product. These generate a cost within the company and it is important that it be resolved as soon as possible. Therefore, it is considered necessary within the organization have not established the procedures to follow, because they do not have one properly documented for the winery area, where the activities to be followed graphically and textually will be specified for a better understanding of employees, including those who will be part of the company. In conclusion, the procedures to be implemented will reduce the shortcomings of the company.
