| dc.description.abstract | Albofrio es un taller dedicado a ofrecer el servicio de mantenimiento, reparación e instalación de aire acondicionado para vehículo, ubicado en el norte de Guayaquil .La presente investigación tiene como propósito conocer la situación actual del negocio identificando su problemática. El principal objetivo es diseñar un plan estratégico que contribuya el crecimiento y desarrollo del taller albofrio, de igual manera se proponen estrategias con acciones que pueden ser utilizadas por el propietario para la toma oportuna de decisiones .El alcance de la investigación permitió recolectar datos e información mediante el procedimiento de encuesta, entrevista, que se realizó a los clientes y propietario , por otro lado se usaron matrices como FODA, que ayudaron a conocer las debilidades, fortaleza, amenaza y oportunidades del negocio, así mismo conocer su posición en el mercado , dando a la elaboración de un diseño de plan estratégico para mejorar la gestión administrativa del taller. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Albofrio is a workshop dedicated to offer the maintenance service, repair and installation of air conditioning for vehicles, located in the north of Guayaquil. The purpose of this research is to know the current situation of the business by identifying its problems. The main objective is to design a strategic plan that contributes to the growth and development of the Albofrio workshop, in the same way we propose strategies with actions that can be used by the owner for the timely decision making. The scope of the investigation allowed to collect data and information by means of the survey procedure, interview, that was performed to the clients and owner, on the other hand they used matrices like Swot, that helped to know the weaknesses, strength, threat and business opportunities, as well as knowing their position in the market, giving to the elaboration of a strategic plan design to improve the administrative management of the workshop. | es_ES |
