dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto tiene como nombre “PORTAL WEB Y MÓVIL PARA CONSULTORIO GINECOLÓGICO” establece una metodología a seguir para que se pueda registrar citas médicas a través del portal web, lo que permitirá que la información almacenada en la base de datos del sistema se encuentre sistematizada, con la finalidad de evitar pérdida de información, de esta manera se podrá acceder a la información del paciente más rápido. Se tomó como ejemplo el consultorio ginecológico del Omni Hospital que tiene afiliación al IESS. El sistema permitirá que el paciente acceda al portal web, consulte la agenda del médico y si existe disponibilidad él mismo pueda registrar su cita médica. En el consultorio ginecológico del Omni Hospital, se pudo verificar que toda la información del paciente es almacenada de manera manual, no tienen un control de ingreso de los pacientes, causando malestar cuando se asiste a la cita médica. Con el portal web este tipo de inconvenientes se eliminará, brindando un mejor servicio de atención al paciente. Una vez que el paciente ingrese su cita médica no podrá eliminarla, solo podrá visualizarla. El doctor es quien tendrá los privilegios de administrador, será el único que podrá eliminar, modificar registros del paciente ingresado.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis project is named "WEB PORTAL AND MOBILE FOR GYNECOLOGICAL PRACTICE" that provides an automated process for medical appointments to be registered through the web portal, which will allow the information stored through in the database system’s to be constantly available, in order to avoid loss of data, this this information of the patients can be accessed in a quick way, This design was made based on the needs of gynecological practice of the Omni Hospital that has a partnetship with the IESS (Social Security). The system will allow the patient to access the web portal, see the agenda and if there is an availability, the patient can record an appointment, then a reminder notification will be generated and sent to the cell phone of the patrent.In the office of the at Omni Hospital, we were able to verify that all patient information is manually stored , there is not any control at patients admission, causing discomfort when the appointment is attended. With the web portal such drawbacks will be eliminated, providing a better service to the patient.Once the patient logs in his appointment can not delete it , it can be only seen it . The doctor is the one who will have administrator privileges , the will be the only one who can delete, modify inpatient records.es_ES
