dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo es una sistematización de la experiencia de prácticas realizadas en el periodo de octubre hasta el mes de diciembre de 2017, en la Cooperativa Mariuxi Febres Cordero ubicada en el Guasmo Sur, sobre la caracterización del bienestar emocional y psicológico en familiares al cuidado de personas con discapacidad física e intelectual de 18 a 30 años. Se utilizó una metodología mixta a través del método de análisis, síntesis y el método bibliográfico para el abordaje teórico del tema. Como instrumentos se trabajó con registros de observación directa, entrevistas y el cuestionario de Zarit en su versión original, con el objetivo de determinar cómo ha repercutido la incidencia de la discapacidad en las dimensiones personales, familiares y sociales dentro del familiar cuidador, para establecer el nivel de sobrecarga a nivel emocional y psicológico, dependiendo del nivel de discapacidad y los distintos recursos que poseen. El trabajo concluye que existen altos índices de estrés, ansiedad y depresión como consecuencia de los estresores primarios y secundarios que generan en ellos una sobrecarga, y que repercuten negativamente asimismo en las personas con discapacidad y en el entorno familiar. Finalmente se subraya la importancia de la intervención y atención psicológica integral a cuidadores	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This work is a systematization of experience placements in the period October to December 2017, the Cooperative Mariuxi Febres Cordero located in the South Guasmo, on the characterization of emotional and psychological well-being in family care people with physical and intellectual disability from 18 to 30 years. A mixed methodology was used through the method of analysis, synthesis and the bibliographic method for the theoretical approach of the subject. As instruments, we worked with direct observation records, interviews and the Zarit questionnaire in its original version, in order to determine how the incidence of disability has affected personal, family and social dimensions within the family caregiver, to establish the level of emotional and psychological overload, depending on the level of disability and the different resources they have. The work concludes that there are high rates of stress, anxiety and depression as a result of the primary and secondary stressors that generate an overload in them, and that they also have a negative impact on people with disabilities and in the family environment. Finally the importance of the intervention and integral psychological attention to caregivers is underlined	es_ES
