Resumen
Toda organización tiene un propósito, una estructura y una colectividad de
personas. El colegio Aurora Estrada de Ramírez, como institución educativa, es
una organización que está conformada por un grupo de elementos
interrelacionados entre sí: La estructura organizacional, los procesos, las
conductas de los grupos o individual. La interrelación de los componentes
mencionados producen patrones de relaciones variadas y especificas que
encajan en lo que se ha denominado clima organizacional.
El conocimiento del clima organizacional es de gran importancia, ya que es una
variable que media entre la estructura, procesos, metas, objetivos de la
institución por un lado y por otro las personas con sus actitudes,
comportamiento, desempeño; el mismo que mide las percepciones que sobre las
relaciones laborales tienen los docentes y empleados
El propósito del presente estudio es determinar los factores que inciden en el
clima organizacional, sustentados en primer lugar por los referentes teóricos, en
donde existe un amplio consenso entre investigadores al conceptualizarlo como
las percepciones colectivas y compartidas que tienen los grupos en un ambiente
laboral y la problemática que prevalece en la institución, problemática que no
permite su desarrollo organizacional del colegio.
La investigación desarrollada es bibliográfica – documental, sobre los aspectos
organizativos y de desarrollo cuyo objetivo relevante es el proyecto de
intervención socioeducativa que va a permitir que la organización educativa
defina la visón y la misión sobre el cual se sustentaría su razón de ser, se
elaborara las intervenciones y un manual de procedimientos de las misas en
donde se establezcan las directrices de desempeño conducentes a un desarrollo
sistematizado e integral.

The school Aurora Ramirez Estrada, as an educational institution, is an organization that is formed by a group of interrelated elements: organizational structure, processes, behaviors of groups or individually. The interrelation of the above components produce varied patterns and specific relationships that fit into what has been termed organizational climate. Knowledge of organizational climate is of great importance, since it is a variable that mediates between the structure, processes, goals, objectives of the institution on one side and the other people with their attitudes, behavior, performance, which measures the same perceptions on industrial relations teachers and employees have. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence the organizational climate, supported primarily by the theoretical framework, where there is broad consensus among researchers to conceptualize it as the collective perceptions and shared with groups in a working environment and the problems prevailing in the institution. And that does not allow its development. The research undertaken is acknowledged - documentary on the organizational and development whose objective is the project relevant socio-educational intervention that will allow educational organization to define the vision and mission on which to support your rationale, be prepared interventions and procedures manual masses where established performance guidelines leading to a systematic and comprehensive development.
