dc.description.abstract	El siguiente trabajo de sistematización fue el resultado de la experiencia en campo de la Practica Pre profesional realizada en el Instituto Nacional de Pesca, ubicado en las calles Letamendi 102 y La Ría. Una de las actividades a realizar en la Institución fue el diagnóstico de Satisfacción Laboral, considerando la satisfacción un factor que favorece la producción y mejora la calidad de vida en la Organización. Para llevar a cabo el proceso de Diagnóstico de Satisfacción Laboral, se implementó las fases de: contrato, proyecto, familiarización, selección de muestra, cronograma, aplicación del cuestionario de satisfacción, tabulación, análisis de resultados. El procedimiento utilizado en este proceso se vio alterado en ciertos momentos debido a que la Institución se encontraba en proceso de reestructuración, lo que alteró la condición de los colaboradores desde la familiarización. El resultado que se obtuvo mediante la aplicación del cuestionario evidenció que existe satisfacción con fuentes de insatisfacción en los colaboradores debido al proceso de reestructuración en el que se encontraban, mismo que se convirtió en un factor de insatisfacción en los colaboradores	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	this work of systematization was the result of the experience that was lived in the process of practices realized in the National Institute of Fishing, located in the streets Letamendi 102 y La Ría. One of the activities to be performed at the Institution was the diagnostic of Work Satisfaction, considering satisfaction a factor that favors production and improves the quality of life in the Organization. In order to carry out the Work Satisfaction Diagnostic process, the following phases were implemented: contract, project, familiarization, selection of sample, schedule, application of satisfaction questionnaire, tabulation, analysis of results. The procedure used in this process was altered at certain times because the Institution was in the process of restructuring, which altered the condition of the collaborators from the familiarization. The result obtained through the application of the questionnaire showed that there is satisfaction with sources of dissatisfaction in the employees due to the restructuring process in which they were, which became a factor of dissatisfaction in the employees	es_ES
