Resumen
La educación se constituye en la herramienta fundamental para la formación de
un ser humano capaz de vivenciar valores como la libertad, justicia, amor por la
vida, innovación, tolerancia, entre otros, dentro de una sociedad en continuo
cambio y cada vez más exigente. En este sentido los medios de enseñanza y
aprendizaje, son adaptados por los docentes para los procesos
educativos, desde hace muchos años y más recientemente la tecnología
educativa, ha servido de apoyo para aumentar la efectividad del trabajo del
profesor, sin llegar a sustituir su función educativa y humana, así como organizar
la carga de trabajo de los estudiantes y el tiempo necesario para su formación
científica, y para elevar la motivación hacia la educación, garantiza la asimilación
de lo esencial. La tecnología educativa, es el resultado de las aplicaciones de
diferentes concepciones y teorías educativas para la resolución de problemas y
situaciones referidos a los procesos educativos. En este momento, el país está
viviendo profundas transformaciones para la construcción de una sociedad
distinta: humanista, con equidad de derecho y justicia; siendo testigos del
beneficio que aporta la tecnología al proceso innato de las instituciones
educativas. Observándose cambios significativos, donde los docentes han
incursionado en el uso de este recurso como medio de reforzamiento en los
aprendizajes de los escolares.
The education is constituted in the tool fundamental for the formation of a human being capable of experiencing such values as freedom, justice, love by the life, innovation, tolerance, among others, within a society of constant change and increasingly demanding. In this sense the means of education and learning, have been adapted by the educational ones for the educative processes, for many years and more recently the educative technology, has served as support to increase the effectiveness of the work of the professor, without getting to replace its educative function and human, thus like organizing the service load of the students and the necessary time for its scientific formation, and to elevate the motivation towards the education, it guarantees the assimilation of the essential. The educative technology, is the result of the applications of different conceptions and educative theories for the resolution from problems and referred situations from the educative processes. At this moment, the country is living deep transformations for the construction of a different society: humanist, with right fairness and justice; being witnesses of the benefit that contributes the technology to the innate process of the educative institutions. Being observed significant changes, where the educational ones have inroads in the use of this resource like means of reinforcing in the learning of the students
