| dc.description.abstract | El análisis de casos sobre la vivencia del estrés laboral fue realizado por dos investigadoras de enero a marzo de 2016 como opción a la obtención de título de psicóloga. Se recogió información de los empleados de diferentes áreas administrativas de SOLCA, que mostraron signos de estrés. Se identificó las respuestas físicas, psicológicas y signos de estrés que presentaron los profesionales de dichas áreas. Adicionalmente, se describió las situaciones que generaron estrés laboral y se explicó cuáles fueron los riesgos a los que estuvieron expuestos los trabajadores en esta organización. El objetivo del presente estudio de caso fue describir la vivencia del estrés laboral del personal administrativo de la Sociedad de Lucha Contra el Cáncer SOLCA, para la detección de riesgos laborales a través de las condiciones de trabajo. Se utilizó la metodología cualitativa para el análisis de estudios de caso, aplicando el análisis documental al investigar las historias clínicas de los participantes. Se empleó entrevistas, observaciones, inventario de Maslach, inventario de ansiedad de Burns y el cuestionario de Karasek. Se obtuvo como resultado la identificación de problemas en la salud física y psicológica, así como en su vida social, a raíz de la vivencia del estrés laboral, que fue causado por varios factores, como la multiplicidad de funciones, la cultura organizacional, exigencias del medio, sobrecarga laboral, las condiciones ambientales no adecuadas del puesto de trabajo, el limitado crecimiento profesional, y las características de las relaciones entre los compañeros de trabajo, evidenciando un alto nivel de riesgo para la vida del sujeto | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The analysis of cases on the experience of work stress was carried out by two researchers from January to March 2016 as an option to obtain a psychologist degree. Information was collected from employees of different administrative areas of SOLCA, who showed signs of stress. We identified the physical, psychological and signs of stress that professionals in these areas presented. Additionally, the situations that generated work stress were described and the risks to which the workers in this organization were exposed were explained. The objective of the present case study was to describe the experience of work stress of the administrative staff of the Fight Against Cancer Society SOLCA, for the detection of occupational risks through working conditions. The qualitative methodology was used for the analysis of case studies, applying the documentary analysis when investigating the clinical histories of the participants. Interviews, observations, Maslach inventory, Burns anxiety inventory and the Karasek questionnaire were used. The result was the identification of problems in physical and psychological health, as well as in their social life, as a result of the experience of work stress, which was caused by several factors, such as the multiplicity of functions, the organizational culture, demands of the medium, work overload, unsuitable environmental conditions of the job, limited professional growth, and the characteristics of relationships between co-workers, evidencing a high level of risk to the life of the subject | es_ES |
