Resumen
RESUMEN
En la sociedad del siglo XXI fomentar los Deberes Ciudadanos es
indispensable para establecer límites sociales y humanos que
ilustren la diferencia de reacciones positivas y negativas que se dan
en la sociedad. Siendo el propósito de esta Tesis equilibrar las
emociones y conocimientos de los estudiantes, en Deberes
ciudadanos, liderazgo y ejercicio Democrático del Instituto Superior
Tecnológico “Vicente Rocafuerte”, para que ofrezcan estabilidad y
claridad inherentes en sus acciones que posibiliten una Vinculación
con la Comunidad de forma exitosa que una la parte científica con la
práctica laboral y empresarial, pero con calidez humana e iniciativa
propia. El problema radica en el desconocimiento de los estudiantes
de los Deberes Ciudadanos que genera desorganización en la forma
de llegar a los demás y la pasividad con que enfrentan los
problemas, por este motivo en el Marco Teórico se recogen
contenidos y aspectos que rezan en la Constitución sobre Deberes
ciudadanos, al igual que contenidos sociales y educativos
relacionados a las variables. La Metodología empleada es la
adecuada para la realización de un Proyecto factible, en que se
aplicó encuestas que determinó la realidad del estudiante y las
opiniones de la comunidad para ser de ellos, entes constructivos de
mentalidad abierta, líderes en derecho y protagonistas de su propia
existencia en el campo democrático y comunitario. Por lo que la
importancia del tema investigado está dado por la habilidad con que
los docentes deben influir en los estudiantes, para que lo que ellos
realicen no se quede en simples aspiraciones, sino más bien en
acciones programadas que maximicen el conocimiento científico
con valores morales, éticos y cívicos que prosigan en un proceso de
encadenamiento de calidad en el trabajo comunitario, lo que
beneficiaría a la Institución, a los docentes, a los estudiantes, a la
comunidad a la sociedad y al país
In the XXI century society it was essential to establish social and human limits, that illustrate the difference of positive and negative reactions that occur in Society. Being the purpose of this thesis to balance emotions and knowledge of students, in civic duties, leadership and democratize exercise of the Superior Technological Institute “Vicente Rocafuerte”, in order to offer stability and clarity in their actions that create a link with the community in a successful way that join a scientific part with the work practice and business, but with the human warmth and initiative the problem is the lack of knowledge of Civic Duties in students that prorogues disorganization in the way in the way of reaching out to others and the calm to face problems, for this motive in the theorical frame contents of citizen duties, as well as social and educational contents related to the variables. The methodology used is the right one for the realization of a Feasible Project, in which sviveys were applied that determined the reality of the community to be of then, open-minded constructive authorities, leaders in laws and protagonists of their own existence in the democratize field and communitary. As the importance of the teachers they should influence students, for what they want to make don ́t just remain in mere aspirations, but in programmed activities that maximized the scientific knowledge with moral valves, ethical’s and civics that follow in a process of quality chain in the community work, which will benefit the Institution, teachers, students, to the community, society and country
