| dc.description.abstract | Las empresas socialmente responsables son más atractivas para los clientes, los empleados y para los inversores. Las PYMES, afiliadas a la superintendencia de economía popular y solidaria, que contribuyen al desarrollo económico, a la equitativa distribución de la riqueza, deben presentar el balance social empresarial, donde se refleje la contribución a la comunidad. Las PYMES deben identificar los factores que influyen en el bienestar de la sociedad, de sus directivos y colaboradores que vincule lo empresarial con lo social. El aporte del balance social como herramienta de gestión empresarial de responsabilidad social, con la comunidad que le permite crecer y desarrollarse. El presente proyecto de investigación, tiene como objetivo analizar el cumplimiento del balance social empresarial, como escenario del análisis se considera la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito BTU, utilizando como instrumento estratégico al balance social empresarial y su aporte al bienestar social. | es_ES |
