The development of the research in the company EBC aims pose a solution to the existing problem in the area of manufacturing, specifically on the production line # 1, analyzing and evaluating the system using methods such as field research, observation and collection of information, which will allow to have a common understanding the problem to develop the work, the techniques also apply Industrial Engineering, studied during the five years of the race, as they are. the ISHISKAWA Japanese technique called "Fishbone" with that determines the present problems and their causes. Once established causes it comes to plot, using the Pareto chart, also known as 80/20, classifying the most critical problems of side. According to result of the investigation it was found that the production line has paras caused by lack of packaging, obtaining an efficiency of 69.64%. for justify the proposed project the economic losses are determined the company has downtime, giving a value of $ 784,800.40 USD per year. To carry out the proposed solution to the problems encountered company in two alternative solutions exist: as first alternative presents the implementation of a blowing line of PET packaging NR directly to the fill line by the provider and the second implementing a staff incentive policy line. This allows increasing line efficiency up to 80% and considerably reduced the value of the package, which will be a saving in the cost of the finished product. the solution presented in this thesis is to achieve a production line highly productive and its implementation has a cost of $ 189,943.92 and good economic indices (internal rate of return of 57.29% annually, Relationship cost benefit of $ 11.15 per dollar invested), so it will reach the conclusion that it would invest in the proposal.
