dc.description.abstract	El actual proyecto de investigación está enfocado en el rediseño general del Parque Principal Brisas del Río, lugar que presenta condiciones poco funcionales y estéticas para el buen aprovechamiento de sus moradores. De esta manera, en el siguiente trabajo se realiza la propuesta de rediseño del parque en base a las necesidades y preferencias de los habitantes como punto principal para otorgar un espacio amoldado al sector en el que se localiza. Así, la propuesta formaliza el sentido de pertenencia entre la arquitectura del lugar y su comunidad, al ofrecer un espacio con un diseño ameno e interesante, incitando a su conservación y cuidado como un elemento de imagen para el sector.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The current research project is focused on the general redesign of the Brisas del Río Park, a place that currently presents little functional and aesthetic conditions for the good use of the inhabitants of the area, a situation that leads to it remaining unused for long periods of time. and with this, that its degradation generates certain problems such as indigence, crime, weeds or excessive garbage deposit, affecting the daily life of the inhabitants of the Brisas del Río citadel. It is a fact that places of this type must generate comfort, security and a closer connection between people and the open space, therefore, in the following work the park redesign proposal is made based on the needs and preferences of the inhabitants as the main point and in this way grant a space adapted to the sector in which it is located. Thus, the proposal formalizes the sense of belonging between the architecture of the place and its community, by offering a space with pleasant, interesting and highly valuable zoning for users, encouraging its conservation and care as an image element for the sector.	es_ES
