dc.description.abstract	El propósito de este trabajo, es estudiar y valorar de manera profunda la influencia de la motivación y sí contribuye a la inasistencia del docente a su jornada laboral, este trabajo investigativo buscara las causas que influyen para la desmotivación y la inasistencia. El trabajo investigativo es de tipo cuantitativo no experimental transeccional-correlacional-causal, de metodología y técnicas descriptivas (cuadros estadísticos) y los instrumentos aplicables fueron: entrevistas, cuestionarios, test, encuestas. Se considera en la presente investigación la importancia de brindar un conjunto de lineamientos de orientación cognitivo-organizacional para el manejo de la motivación de manera teórica-operativa, de esta manera se contribuye a conocer el ¿Por qué se hizo?  Con las entrevistas se pretende obtener información de los factores que inciden en la motivación o desmotivación hacia el trabajo.  Con los cuestionarios como prueba objetiva pretende obtener datos relevantes desde la perspectiva individual de los sujetos estudiados.  Con las encuestas de clima laboral pretende obtener información objetiva sobre las relaciones y percepciones del sujeto hacia otras áreas, personas, organización y puesto de trabajo. El resultado de la presente investigación expuso y demostró que la hipótesis planteada “La motivación constituye un factor influyente en el proceso de asistencia a la jornada laboral del personal docente de la Unidad Educativa Salesiana Cristóbal Colón de la parroquia Ximena de la ciudad de Guayaquil”, es una hipótesis nula; mediante los estudios de campo, y con las técnicas e instrumentos aplicados, se evidencio que la motivación quedo por debajo de otras causales tales como: calamidad doméstica y enfermedad	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this work is to study and deeply assess the influence of motivation and if it contributes to the teacher's absence from work, this research work will look for the causes that influence demotivation and non-attendance. The investigative work is quantitative non-experimental type transeccional-correlacional-causal, methodology and descriptive techniques (statistical tables) and the applicable instruments were: interviews, questionnaires, tests, surveys. The importance of providing a set of guidelines of cognitive-organizational orientation for the management of motivation in a theoretical-operative way is considered in the present investigation, in this way it contributes to knowing the Why was it done?  The interviews are intended to obtain information on the factors that affect motivation or demotivation towards work.  With the questionnaires as an objective test, it aims to obtain relevant data from the individual perspective of the subjects studied.  With labor climate surveys aims to obtain objective information on the relationships and perceptions of the subject to other areas, people, organization and job position. The result of the present investigation showed and demonstrated that the hypothesis stated "Motivation constitutes an influential factor in the process of attendance to the working day of the teaching staff of the Salesian Educational Unit Cristóbal Colón of the Ximena parish of the city of Guayaquil", it is a null hypothesis; through field studies, and with the techniques and instruments applied, it was evidenced that the motivation was below other causes such as: domestic calamity and illness	es_ES
