dc.description.abstract	El proyecto está enfocado en el estudio de la Norma ISO 13606 y el diseño de arquetipos para los formularios de Evolución y prescripciones, epicrisis, interconsulta, trabajo social, Anexo 2, admisión y alta-egreso, referencia, concentrado de laboratorio, emergencia, concentrado de exámenes especiales que pertenece al MSP. Esta norma ayuda a unificar la historia clínica única, familiar y comunitaria para obtener interoperabilidad entre los sistemas hospitalarios del Ministerio de Salud Pública. El presente trabajo describe la evaluación de la norma UNE-EN ISO 13606 con la finalidad principal de servir como herramienta para la extracción de la información demográfica, y por consiguiente con esto podemos proteger los datos ante posibles intercepciones externas, ya sea en la comunicación o en el sistema de información receptor.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The project focuses on the study of the ISO 13606 standard and design archetypes for forms of Evolution and prescriptions, epicrisis, interconsultation, social work, Annex 2, admission and High - discharge, reference, concentrated laboratory, emergency, concentrated special exams belonging to MSP. This rule helps to unify the single, family and community history for interoperability between hospital systems of the Ministry of Public Health. This paper describes the evaluation of the UNE -EN ISO 13606 for the primary purpose of serving as a tool for extracting demographic information, and thus with this we can protect data against possible external interceptions, either communication or in the receiver system information.	es_ES
