dc.description.abstractl medio local existe carencia de lugares en que se puedan, practicar y enseñar artes. Un espacio común en el que se encuentren conocimientos, talentos, artes y cultura. Aplicando criterios arquitectónicos para un mejor funcionamiento y a su vez lograr un espacio agradable y armonioso. El Centro Cultural es la concordancia armoniosa entre elementos arquitectónicos esenciales para la difusión artística, en que abarcan estudios de acústica, luminotecnia, generación de espacios armonioso, colores, visuales y zonificaciones. Son indispensables para el buen funcionamiento de la edificación y lograr que sea un sitio armonioso. Es importante que en él “DISEÑO ARQUITECTÓNICO DE UN CENTRO CULTURAL, PARA EL CANTÓN GRAL. VILLAMIL PLAYAS DE LA PROVINCIA DEL GUAYAS, ECUADOR 2016 - 2017” viii proyecto, Se abarquen los sietes artes conocidas y así potenciar e incentivar a la población a la práctica de alguna de ellas. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es poder lograr que en un buen porcentaje de la población opten por las artes, así formar a las generaciones con cultura, conocimientos y que decidan invertir horas en aprendizaje, que en el centro cultural podrán adquirir.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe thesis project will be implemented in the cantón of Gral. Villamil Playas in the province of Guayas. In the local environment, there is a lack of a place where arts can be practiced and taught. A common space in which you will find knowledge, talents, arts and culture. Apply bioclimatic criteria for a better functioning and in turn achieve a pleasant and harmonious space. The center of contemporary art is the harmonious harmony between architectural elements essential for artistic diffusion, which include studies of acoustics, lighting, harmonious spaces, colors, visuals and zoning. They are indispensable for the proper functioning of the building x and make it a harmonious site. Contemplate that in the project, cover the 7 known arts and thus empower and encourage the population to practice some of them. The main objective of this project is to be able to achieve that in a good percentage of the population opt for the arts, thus to train the generations with culture, knowledge and that decide to invest hours in learning, that in the center of contemporary arts will be able to acquire.es_ES
