dc.description.abstractLos pacientes hospitalizados tienen tendencia a desnutrirse por el estado metabólico, genético, hormonal, supresión de alimentos, mal manejo alimentaria dentro del pre o post quirúrgico, estrés y evolución de la enfermedad. Por ello esindispensable conocer el estado nutricional del paciente en cuanto llega a su internación hospitalaria, como primera opción se debe utilizar los métodos de cribado nutricional de acuerdo al grupo etario o alguno en específico según la patología del paciente. La presente investigación sobre; “Eficacia de métodos de cribado nutricional: NRS y VGS que se utilizan en hospitalización determinando riesgo de desnutrición”, tiene como objetivo de determinar riesgo nutricional en pacientes hospitalizados mediante la utilización de cribados: Valoración Global Subjetiva y Nutritional Risk Screening 2002, la investigación que se ha desarrollado es de tipo transversal, la información fue obtenida en la historia clínica las cuales incluían los métodos cribados, es una investigación no experimental, utilizando el método deductivo el cual permitirá establecer los resultados a partir de los método de cribados, cuyo alcance es correlacional en 60 pacientes hospitalizados en cuatro áreas del HAGP. Además, se obtuvo su nivel de significancia estadística de 0,000 entre VGS yNRS; lo que lleva a finalizar que existe eficacia entre los dos cribados para determinar el riesgo de desnutrición dentro de la estancia hospitalaria.es_ES
dc.description.abstractHospitalized patients tend to be malnourished by metabolic, genetic, hormonal, food suppression, poor food management within the pre or post-surgical, stress and disease progression. Therefore, it is essential to know the nutritional status of the patient as soon as he/she arrives at his hospital hospital stay, as a first option nutritional screening methods should be used according to the age group or any specific according to the pathology of the patient. This research on; "Effectiveness of nutritional screening methods: NRS and VGS used in hospitalization determining risk of malnutrition", aims to determine nutritional risk in hospitalized patients through the use of screenings: Subjective Global Valuation and Nutritional Risk Screening 2002, the research that has been developed is of a cross-cutting type, the information was obtained in the medical history which included the screened methods, is a non experimental research, using the deductive method which will allow to establish the results from the screening methods, whose scope is correlal in 60 hospitalized patients in four areas of PAGP. In addition, its statistical significance level of 0,000 was obtained between VGS and NRS; which leads to the conclusion that there is efficacy between the two screenings to determine the risk of malnutrition within the hospital stay.es_ES
