Resumen
Uno de los objetivos primordiales en la creación del Código Monetario y Financiero se basa en generar mayor seguridad en los depósitos, ya que pretende mejorar la regulación de los recursos, para garantizar que los recursos que tiene cada persona se encuentren a salvo. Por otro lado, también pretende mejorar el uso de los recursos, pues si bien es cierto, Ecuador es un país que se mantiene en constante crecimiento en término económicos, al igual que disminuye su desigualdad; aunque, posee problemas en relación al acceso de créditos.
Es debido a esto, que el Sistema Financiero se ha centrado en tener un 70% del crédito en un período de un año o menos. Además, que el Código Monetario y Financiero pondrá incentivos y desincentivos para que el crédito pueda estar direccionado a beneficio del aparato productivo.
Para la realización del presente trabajo investigativo en cuanto a la influencia del Código Monetario y Financiero en el sector bancario queda estructurado de la siguiente manera:
