dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación realizado bajo la modalidad de sistematización de experiencias, se basó en la descripción y análisis reflexivo de la percepción del trabajo infantil y la deserción escolar en niños de 6 a 11 años de edad en la Fundación NURTAC ubicado en el sector sur de Guayaquil calle “A” entre la 44 y 45, en el cual se planteó como pregunta eje de sistematización ¿Por qué razones los niños que trabajan desertan de su escolaridad?, cuya respuesta se desarrolla mediante una investigación de carácter cualitativo que va de la mano con el Proyecto de “Niñez Positiva, promoción, prevención y atención integral dirigida a niños y niñas con déficits de aprendizaje y conductuales”. Dentro de la reflexión crítica se realizó el análisis de la información obtenida desde la perspectiva u opiniones de los niños, padres y coordinadores de la fundación, donde los padres se ven en la obligación de convertir a sus hijos en un apoyo económico dentro del hogar, existiendo una naturalización o justificación, puesto que los padres lo conciben como una colaboración necesaria que deben de realizar sus hijos para poder aprender. Por otro lado, la regularidad y el rendimiento escolar son aspectos a los que se dispone del mínimo esfuerzo por el tiempo empleado en otras actividades. Se concluyó que los niños le atribuyen una valoración positiva al trabajo, lo cual, en conjunto con la percepción del ámbito escolar como una experiencia negativa, los lleva a desertar de su escolaridad y priorizar el trabajoes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe following degree work carried out under the experience systematization modality, was based on the description and reflexive analysis of the perception of child labor and school dropout in children from 6 to 11 years at the NURTAC Foundation located in the southern sector of Guayaquil, street "A" between 44 and 45, which was raised as a question axis of systematization: why do children who work drop out of schooling?, whose response is developed through a qualitative research that goes from the hand in hand with the Project of “Positive Childhood, promotion, prevention and integral attention aimed at children with learning and behavioral deficits”. Within the critical reflection, the analysis of the information obtained from the perspective or opinions of the children, parents and coordinators of the foundation was carried out, where the parents are obliged to convert their children into financial support within the home, There is a naturalization or justification, since parents conceive it as a necessary collaboration that their children must make in order to learn. On the other hand, regularity and school performance are aspects to which the minimum effort for the time spent in other activities. It was concluded that children attribute a positive assessment to work, which, together with the perception of the school environment as a negative experience, leads them to drop out of their schooling and prioritize workes_ES
