dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto se fundamenta en evidenciar los defectos de infraestructura que presentan las instituciones del sistema educativo gubernamental, las aulas que no están adecuadamente diseñadas provocan un bajo desarrollo cognitivo influyendo en el estado emocional del estudiante generando problemas de salud física y mental, dificultando la capacidad de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. El proyecto se basa en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal PABLO HANNIBAL VELA EGUEZ dado que presenta deficiencias en su infraestructura y equipamiento, cabe recalcar que mediante una visita se pudo constatar las siguientes deficiencias: Mobiliarios en mal estado, déficit lumínico, térmico, acústico y ausencia de áreas verdes. El objetivo del presente proyecto es proporcionar un ambiente óptimo para el aprendizaje pedagógico y desarrollo social, a través del uso de materiales sustentables y mediante el rediseño de las áreas de estudio garantizando la seguridad, la salud física y mental dirigido hacia los estudiantes y docentes. Entre las hipótesis es utilizar equipamiento sustentable de las empresas de Aglomerados Cotopaxi S.A para aminorar el impacto ambiental y las islas de calor que se forman debido al uso de materiales reflectivos a fin de evitar una molestia de salud y mejorar la calidad de los espacios que contribuyen a optimizar el entorno académico. La metodología sería el estudio de nuevos materiales analizados para equipamientos aplicables al objeto de estudio y que sirvan para la recuperación, renovación de la parte ecológica sin tener que atentar el medio ambiente y a la salud. Se concluye con la recuperación de la institución integralmente y rediseño de los espacios aplicando una propuesta sustentable y mejorando la estética, brindando una imagen agradable para la labor de aprendizaje y mejorando las áreas exteriores del sector donde se encuentra ubicado.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	government educational system present, classrooms that are not properly designed cause low cognitive development, influencing the emotional state of the student, generating physical and mental health problems, hindering the ability of student learning. The project is based on the Fiscal Education Unit PABLO HANNIBAL VELA EGUEZ, given that it has deficiencies in its infrastructure and equipment, it should be noted that the following deficiencies could be verified through a visit: Furniture in poor condition, light, thermal, acoustic deficit and absence of green areas. The objective of this project is to provide an optimal environment for pedagogical learning and social development, through the use of sustainable materials and through the redesign of the study areas guaranteeing safety, physical and mental health directed towards students and teachers. Among the hypotheses is to use sustainable equipment from the companies of Aglomerados Cotopaxi SA to reduce the environmental impact and the heat islands that are formed due to the use of reflective materials in order to avoid a health nuisance and improve the quality of the spaces that contribute to optimize the academic environment. The methodology would be the study of new materials analyzed for equipment applicable to the object of study and that serve for the recovery, renewal of the ecological part without having to harm the environment and health. It concludes with the recovery of the institution in its entirety and redesign of the spaces applying a sustainable proposal and improving the aesthetics, providing a pleasant image for the learning work and improving the outdoor areas of the sector where it is located.	es_ES
