dc.description.abstract	El problema de la disciplina trasciende al tema del control de los alumnos en el aula y en la escuela, desde un ámbito social traspasa a la institución escolar volviéndose un tema transversal pues tiene una relación directa con su contexto social, económico y familiar. La pregunta que nos hacíamos en esta investigación era porque es tan importante la disciplina escolar en los alumnos, y hemos podido inferenciar que esta percepción sobre todo de padres de familias, docentes y directivos tiene que ver con procesos de normalización que permitan seguir sosteniendo un tipo de modelo de sumisión al capitalismo, pues en pleno siglo XXI es inconcebible pensar en un estudiante que este quieto, que no hable, que solo ejecute ordenes, cuando existen nuevas formas de enseñar y aprender que son constructivistas, activas, participativas y donde el tema de la disciplina desaparece por completo. Es sorpréndete evidenciar la percepción de los docentes frente a este tema, desean tener a un estudiante pasivo, sentado en una silla o pupitre que se dedique a recibir conocimientos sin pensar ni criticar, es decir sin desarrollar pensamiento crítico y creativo, lo cual en un futuro significará que este ser humano que se ha formado en esta institución educativa está listo para incorporarse al mundo del trabajo del modelo capitalista donde entrará a ser dependiente y cumplirá órdenes de manera efectiva sin cuestionar o criticar. Los padres de familia están de acuerdo con este modelo de enseñanza en relación a la disciplina manifiestan que es una alternativa viable para que sus hijos puedan surgir y vivir en una sociedad donde existen normas de convivencia que hay que cumplirlas. The problem of discipline goes beyond the control of students in the classroom and in the school, from a social sphere to the school institution becoming a cross-cutting issue because it has a direct relationship with its social, economic and family context. The question we asked ourselves in this investigation was why school discipline is so important in students, and we have been able to infer that this perception, especially of parents of families, teachers and managers, has to do with standardization processes that allow us to continue holding a type of model of submission to capitalism, because in the XXI century it is inconceivable to think of a student who is quiet, who does not speak, who only executes orders, when there are new ways of teaching and learning that are constructivist, active, participatory and where the subject of the discipline disappears completely. It is surprising to see teachers' perception of this topic, they want to have a passive student, sitting in a chair or desk that is dedicated to receive knowledge without thinking or criticizing, that is without developing critical and creative thinking, which in a Future will mean that this human being who has been trained in this educational institution is ready to join the world of work of the capitalist model where he will become dependent and will carry out orders effectively without questioning or criticizing. Parents agree with this teaching model in relation to the discipline they say is a viable alternative for their children to emerge and live in a society where there are rules of coexistence that must be fulfilled.	es_ES
