dc.description.abstract	Los últimos años las viviendas han tenido un cambio en sus espacios a nivel mundial. El crecimiento tan acelerado de las grandes ciudades junto al encarecimiento general de la vivienda está convirtiendo los hogares en sitios más pequeños que a su vez torna más difícil el uso de mobiliarios actuales que no resuelven el espacio. Por lo general cuando un ambiente no tiene el espacio que nos gustaría, cuando es pequeño para todo lo que deseamos poner en él o bien cuando necesitamos combinar distintas funciones en un mismo ambiente la funcionalidad de estos muebles cobra un papel principal, ya que son especialmente diseñados para aprovechar al máximo los espacios de las diferentes áreas de la vivienda creando un ambiente armónico y confortable. No hay que olvidar que para el diseño de estos muebles funcionales, lo primero es pensarlos como versátiles para la decoración, por tanto el diseño y su estética son fundamentales a la hora de seleccionarlos. Lo ideal es buscar un mueble que además de ofrecer comodidad para el espacio asignado en el hogar, tiene que sumar calidad.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The last years the housings have had a change in their spaces worldwide. The accelerated growth of the big cities together with the general increase of the housing is turning the homes in smaller sites which in turn make it more difficult to use current furniture that do not solve the space. Usually when an environment does not have the space that we would like, when is small for everything we want to put into it or when we need to combine different functions in the same environment the functionality of this furniture takes a major role, as they are particularly designed to maximize the space in different areas of the home creating a harmonious and comfortable environment. Do not forget that for the choice of this functional furniture, the first thing is to think of them as versatile decoration, therefore the design and aesthetics are keys when selecting. Ideally, find a piece of furniture that not only offers comfort for the space allocated in the home, you have to add quality.	es_ES
