Resumen
El objetivo del presente proyecto de grado es realizar el análisis operativo
para la empresa Agripal S.A la cual se da conocer como una organización
manual por la manera de llevar la información, para esto se plantea realizar
un prototipo de sistema logístico para la empresa Agripal S.A, logrando de
tal manera automatizar las tareas que se realiza de forma manual, también
se obtendrá datos precisos y concisos al momento de realizar alguna
consulta. Para este proyecto se ha utilizado el tipo de investigación
descriptiva y de campo ya que se realiza dentro de la organización, los
métodos como técnica de recolección de datos son las entrevistas y las
encuestas ya que por este medio se da a conocer a fondo la situación
actual para poder determinar las falencias y dar solución a ellos. Para el
desarrollo del sistema se utilizó los programa Java, NetBeans y Postgresql,
la arquitectura del proyecto planteado es en tres capas y la metodología es
basada en prototipo. Para tener un patrón de los usuarios que interviene y
las funciones del sistema que se propone se utiliza los diagramas de caso
de uso, los diagramas de flujo de datos, los modelos de entidad relaciones,
diccionario de datos y por último se presenta el funcionamiento del sistema
logístico.
The aim of the present project is to make the operative analysis for the company Agripal S.A. which announces as a manual organization in order of taking the information, for this it is considersd to prepare a prototype of a logistic system for the company Agripal S.A.Managing of such a way to automate the tasks that are made manually, also there will be obtained precise and concise information to the moment to realize some consultation. For this project was used the type of descriptive and field research as it is made inside the organization, the methods and technical data collection are interviews and surveys by this way the current situation is announced thoroughly to be able to determine the failings and give solution to them. For the development of the system Java and the programs, NetBeans and Postresql, were used the architecture of the this project is in three layers and the methodology is based on prototype.To have a pattern of the users involved and the functions of the system proposed the case graphies of use, the flow charts of information, the models of entity relations, dictionary of information and finally, it presents the operation of the logical system.
