Resumen
El siguiente proyecto de investigación tiene como propósito el diseño de estrategias para
la recuperación de la cartera de las cuentas por cobrar.
El desarrollo de esta investigación es de gran importancia porque permitirá que los
créditos otorgados a los clientes sean eficientes y eficaces, por ende se tendrá una cartera
saneada la cual permitirá una buena toma de decisiones.
Contiene, además los objetivos que se buscan alcanzar a través del diseño de la propuesta,
la cual será responsabilidad de la empresa, la importancia y beneficios de llevarla a cabo,
además del alcance y principales acciones a realizar con el fin de contribuir al incremento de
la rentabilidad.
Se provee a la empresa una guía efectiva y completa de acciones para controlar dichas
actividades además de determinar a los responsables de realizarlas.
Algunas empresas del ramo tienen el mismo problema con que cuenta esta empresa razón
por lo que este proyecto será de gran ayuda para alcanzar los objetivos planteados.
Por estas razones he decidido realizar el presente trabajo con el fin de evaluar el
cumplimiento de metas y la optimización de recursos en la empresa Cámara de Comercio de
Samborondón.
The following research project has as purpose to desing strategies for the recovery of the portfolio of accounts receivable. The development of this research is of great importance because it will allow the credits granted to the clients to be efficient and effective, therefore a healthy portfolio will be obtained which will allow a good decision making. It also contains the objectives that are search to achieve through the desing of the proposal, which will be the responsibility of the institution, the importance and benefits of carrying out the proposal, in addition to the scope and main actions to be carried out in order to contribute to the increase of profitability. The institution is provided with an effective and complete guide of actions to control these activities in addition to determining to the responsible for realize them. Some institutions have the same problem that this institution has, so this project will be a great help to achieve the objectives. For these reasons, I have decided to realize the present work in order to evaluate the goals fulfillment and the optimization of resources in the Chamber of Commerce Institution of Samborondón.
