Resumen
El Gerente de Aula es fundamental en el aprendizaje significativo, y por ende esta
investigación tiene como objetivo implementar estrategias gerenciales dentro del
aula para lograr el buen manejo del programa curricularen el área de contabilidad
sobre todo en la especialidad de Asistente Contable, cursos que forman parte del
área de Finanzas en el programa de capacitación que brinda el SECAP, utilizando
técnicas para un mejor proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, el mismo que servirá
como material didáctico para los Instructores sobre todo para los participantes de las
capacitaciones. El presente trabajo fundamentará académicamente, permitiendo
despertar el interés y motivación del participante donde se aplicará aplicaremos
técnicamente teorías del aprendizaje significativo, y teorías constructiva permitiendo
al participante sea participativo, al compartir sus ideas, potenciar de esta manera
sus conocimientos, y siguiendo lineamientos necesarios que el instructor aplicará
para una excelente capacitación como: La planificación del módulo, utilización del
tiempo, utilización de métodos, recursos y técnicas aportando asíla comprensión de
los temas y que los participantes se sientan motivados, profundizar conocimientos
aprendidos permitiendo que exista un buen ambiente, en donde la comunicación y el
trabajo en equipo sea el principal arma para la realización de las actividades a
ejecutar. Para la obtención de la información necesaria para el diseño de los
módulos replicar la técnica de encuestas la misma que permitirá obtener información
real sobre nuestra investigación, y está a la vez será aplicada y a los participantes
de las capacitaciones en estas áreas, una vez obtenida las informaciones se
realizaran y aplicaremos los respectivos cuadros estadísticos, y procederemos a
realizar los respectivos análisis e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos. La
elaboración de los módulos facilitara la interpretación y análisis de los temas que
van a ser impartidas en el proceso de capacitación en el área de Finanzas, cursos
de emprendimiento desarrollando destrezas y habilidades en el participante
The Classroom Manager is central to meaningful learning, and therefore this research aims to implement classroom management strategies to achieve the sound management of the curriculum in the accounting area especially specializing in Accounting Assistant, courses that area of the area of Finance in the training program offered by the SECAP, using better techniques for teaching and learning, which will serve as teaching material for instructors especially for the participants of the training. This work will be academically based, allowing arouse interest and motivation of the participant where technically apply theories of meaningful learning, and constructive theories allowing the participant to be participatory, sharing their ideas, thus enhancing their knowledge, and following necessary guidelines that the instructor apply for training as an excellent: The planning module, use of time, using methods, thus providing resources and technical understanding of the issues and that participants are motivated by deepening knowledge acquired allowing for a good environment, where communication and teamwork is the principal weapon for carrying out the activities to be implemented. To obtain the necessary information for the design of the modules will apply the same survey technique that allows us to get real information about our research, and this at a time will be applied and the participants of the training in these areas, having obtained the information will apply the respective statistical tables, proceed to make the respective analysis and interpretation of results. The developments of the modules facilitate the interpretation and analysis of the topics to be taught in the training process in the area of Finance, entrepreneurship courses develop skills and abilities in the participant.
