dc.description.abstractActualmente en la empresa Corporación El Rosado, en su línea de negocios de restaurantes cuentan con sistemas para ventas, contables e inventarios. Pero el sistema de inventarios es limitado y no les permite obtener todo lo que necesitan para llevar un mejor control de sus locales de restaurantes. Por tal motivo se desarrolla este proyecto de titulación, donde se analiza la implementación de una herramienta de inventarios llamada My Inventory, para que brinde mayores beneficios dentro de la corporación, permitiendo tener una información real a tiempo, y no solamente a un área de la empresa sino que a diferentes áreas. La ventaja de esta herramienta es que permite hacer su interacción automatizada, realizar las descargas de las ventas desde el inventario en línea y mostrando la información en tiempo real. La implementación de My Inventory es beneficiosa para la empresa y les brinda mejores estrategias al momento de planificar promociones para sus diferentes locales, además de postear los productos terminados por medio de recetas, que es una de las cualidades con las que cuenta esta herramienta. A lo largo del desarrollo de este proyecto, se cumplieron los objetivos donde la integración entre los sistemas de la corporación con la herramienta de inventarios My Inventory, cumple con la interoperabilidad de la información entre los sistemas y la automatización entre ellas, dando resultados esperados por la corporación. Para su implementación se contó con la opinión de todos los involucrados para la utilización de la herramienta de inventarios, y se llegó a la conclusión de que la herramienta de inventarios My Inventory si es de utilidad y por un largo tiempo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractCurrently in the company Corporacion El Rosado in its business line restaurants have systems for sales, accounting and inventories. But the inventory system is limited and does not allow them to get everything they need to take better control of their local restaurants. Therefore this project titling, where the implementation of a tool inventory called My Inventory, to provide greater benefits within the corporation is analyzed is developed, allowing to have real-time information, not only an area of the company but to different areas. The advantage of this tool is that it allows its automated interaction, make downloads of sales from inventory online and displaying the information in real time. The implementation of My Inventory is beneficial for the company and gives them better strategies when planning promotions for different local, plus post finished through recipes, which is one of the qualities that has this tool products. Throughout the development of this project, the objectives where integration between the systems of the corporation with the tool inventory My Inventory, meets the interoperability of information between systems and automation between them were fulfilled, giving expected results the corporation. For its implementation counted with the opinion of everyone involved in the use of the tool inventory, and concluded that the tool inventory My Inventory if it is useful and for a long time.es_ES
