dc.description.abstract	En la última década el consumo de sustancias psicotrópicas ha ido en aumento dentro de la población ecuatoriana. La ciudad de Guayaquil ha sido muy afectada por la circulación de la llamada “H”, droga derivada de la heroína, debido a esto el presente trabajo buscó analizar la relación entre las características familiares y el proceso de recuperación y/o recaída de los adolescentes consumidores de “H” que asisten de manera ambulatoria al Centro de Docencia e Investigación para el Desarrollo Humano y del Buen Vivir (CDID) de la Facultad de Ciencias Psicológicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil. El estudio fue cualitativo fenomenológico de tipo descriptivo, la muestra consistió en cuatro adolescentes con sus respectivas familias a los cuales se les aplicaron dos técnicas: entrevista a profundidad, y genograma; además de tres instrumentos: cuestionario de funcionamiento familiar (FF-SIL), la escala de evaluación de cambio y la escala de afrontamiento para adolescentes. El análisis se efectuó de manera temática separando categorías de los resultados donde se identificó características familiares, pautas de interacción, estilos de comunicación y consumo de sustancia psicoactiva “H”. Los resultados obtenidos: poco establecimiento de reglas, límites rígidos, roles difusos, estilos de comunicación pasivo-agresivos, una comunicación unidireccional, estilos y estrategias de afrontamiento poco asertivas, una disfuncionalidad en la cohesión y comunicación aumentan el riesgo de recaídas en el adolescente e influyen en el mantenimiento del consumo. Finalmente se recomienda continuar con una intervención sistémica donde se trabaje con la familia a favor de su funcionalidad	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In the last decade the consumption of psychotropic substances has been increasing within the Ecuadorian population. The city of Guayaquil is more affected by the circulation of the so-called "H", drug derived from heroin. Due to this the present work sought to analyze the relationship between family characteristics and the process of recovery and / or relapse of adolescents who consume "H" who attend on an outpatient basis to the Center for Teaching and Research for Human Development and Good Living. (CDID) of the Faculty of Psychological Sciences of the University of Guayaquil. The study was descriptive phenomenological qualitative, the sample consisted of four adolescents with their respective families to whom two techniques were applied: deep interview, and genogram; in addition to three instruments: family functioning questionnaire (FF-SIL), the change evaluation scale and the coping scale for adolescents. The analysis was carried out in a thematic way separating categories from the results where family characteristics, patterns of interaction, communication styles and consumption of psychoactive substance "H" were identified. The results obtained: little establishment of rules, rigid limits, diffuse roles, passive-aggressive communication styles, a unidirectional communication, styles and strategies of little assertive coping, a dysfunctionality in the cohesion and communication increase the risk of relapses in the adolescent and they influence the maintenance of consumption. Finally it is recommended to continue with a systemic intervention where you work with the family in favor of its functionality	es_ES
