Resumen
Diseño de una nueva alternativa educativa a partir de la infraestructura física con que
cuenta en la actualidad el Colegio Gloria Gorelik.
Se realiza un análisis pormenorizado de las áreas administrativas, educativa, docentes y su
posicionamiento dentro del sector educativo aplicando el Método de Foda. Una vez realizado
el análisis general se procede a definir más puntualmente los problemas que afectan el
sistema institucional y sus respectivas causas utilizando para mejor observación el diagrama
de Ishikawa, para luego mediante el diagrama de Pareto definir la frecuencia con que estos se
presentan y el costo que implican. En una segunda parte del documento se desarrolla como
alternativa de solución implementar un estudio que permita la creación del Instituto
Tecnológico, creando dos especializaciones a partir de un estudio demarcado y demostrando
su factibilidad desde el punto de vista socio económico.
Se recomienda a la Institución poner en marcha este proyecto ya que así se
lograría generar más plazas de empleo para profesionales especializados, obtener
mayor rendimiento económico de la infraestructura y brindar cono cimientos a los
bachilleres que deseen superarse en una carrera corta para obtener una independencia
económica y tener una profesión técnica.
Design of a new educational alternative based on the physical infrastructure with which currently has the Gloria Gorelik School. A detailed analysis of the administrative, educational, teaching areas and their positioning within the educational sector applying the SWOT Method. Once done the general analysis proceeds to define more precisely the problems that affect the institutional system and its respective causes using for better observation the diagram of Ishikawa, and then through the Pareto diagram define the frequency with which these are present and the cost involved. In a second part of the document it is developed as alternative solution to implement a study that allows the creation of the Institute Technological, creating two specializations from a demarcated study and demonstrating its feasibility from the socio-economic point of view. It is recommended that the Institution start up this project since this is how would manage to generate more jobs for specialized professionals, obtain greater economic performance of the infrastructure and provide knowledge to the high school graduates who wish to improve themselves in a short career to obtain independence economically and have a technical profession.
