dc.description.abstract	El Triage en toda casa de salud representa la parte más importante, ya que nos permite clasificar a los pacientes que acuden a la misma para recibir una atención de calidad y calidez en base a su grado de afectación y sea enviado a emergencia o a los consultorios de atención médica. Percibida la inconformidad de los pacientes que acuden al área de triage, el presente trabajo de investigación no experimental pretende analizar la situación actual de la misma en el servicio de emergencia, cuya metodología es de tipo descriptivo, como unidad de análisis usuarios que ingresan al área de triage del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Básico IESS Latacunga, se utilizará como instrumentos de apoyo el análisis estadístico sobre la concurrencia de sus usuarios, la encuesta, entre los posibles resultados, en las categorías del presente estudio: los factores institucionales, factores económicos, factores de talento humano, factores de infraestructura, factores de equipamiento y factor socio-cultural han incidido como una debilidad en la aplicación del Triage de Manchester a sus afiliados. En conclusión se visualiza la efectividad de la propuesta de aplicación del objeto de estudio ya que a través de una capacitación continua, tanto al personal profesional de la salud como a sus pacientes sobre la aplicación del Triage de Manchester se logrará brindar una atención de calidad y calidez, disminuyendo el aumento de complicaciones, la inconformidad y la deserción de los mismos.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The Triage in any convalescent home represents the most important part, since it allows us to classify the patients who come to the same one to receive an attention of quality and warmth on the basis of his degree of affectation and it is sent to emergency or to the doctor's offices of medical attention. Perceived the dissent of the patients who come to the area of triage, the present work of not experimental investigation tries to analyze the current situation of the same one in the service of emergency, which methodology is of descriptive type, as unit of analysis users who enter to the area of triage of the emergency service of the Basic Hospital IESS Latacunga, the statistical analysis will be in use as instruments of support on the concurrence of his users, The survey, between the possible results, in the categories of the present study: the institutional factors, economic factors, factors of human talent, factors of infrastructure, factors of equipment and sociocultural factor have affected as a weakness in the application of the Triage of Manchester to his members. In conclusion there is visualized the efficiency of the offer of application of the object of study since across a constant training, both the professional personnel of the health and to his patients on the application of the Triage of Manchester will be achieved to offer an attention of quality and warmth, diminishing the increase of complications, the dissent and the desertion of the same one	es_ES
