Correlación score mama y puntuación apgar en gestantes con preeclampsia, resultante obstétrico y neonatal

dc.description.abstractLa morbimortalidad materno – neonatal asociada a preeclampsia es alta a nivel mundial, motivo por la cual se desarrolló el presente estudio cuyo propósito fue: Correlacionar la puntuación Score Mama con puntuación APGAR y resultados obstétricos neonatales, planteándose un estudio de tipo: Analítico – Correlacional, retrospectivo, de corte transversal. El p valor obtenido fue de: (0.018) para resultantes maternos y (0.009) para resultantes neonatales. La sensibilidad fue del (91.5 %) y especificidad del (70.49 %) aceptándose la hipótesis afirmativa que indica exsite correlación entre las variables de estudio. La población estuvo conformada por 190 casos vuyo valor promedio de Score Mama fue: 5 considerándose este como el valor crítico para resultados adversos obstétricos – neonatales y puntación APGAR baja al nacer. Las cifras promedios de (PAS) fueron (151 mm/Hg) de (PAD) 99 mm/Hg de (FR) 18 rpm de (SpO2) 96 % y temperatura 36.7 ° C. Los principales resultantes obstétricos fueron: Ascitis (10.00 %), Síndrome HELLP (8.9 %), Eclampsia (1.6 %), Utero de Couvalier, Herida infectada y hematoma subaponeurótico (1.1 %). Trombosis venosa profunda, ACV hemorrágico, hipotonía uterina, hemoperitoneo y shock hipovolémico (0.5 %). Los resulantes neonatales fueron: Distres respiratorio del RN (41.05 %), hipotermia (21.05 %), Depresión cerebral (5.79 %), sepsis de origen temprano (3.68 %), Enerocolitis necrotizante (3.16 %), prematurez extrema (2.63 %), Bajo peso, anemia, corioamnionitis, ictericia e hipoglicemia respectivamente con un (1.58 %) respectivamente y finalmente Microcefalia con un (0.53 %). La puntuación APGAR al minuto fue de (6.2) y (8.5) a los 5 minutos.es_ES

The sensitivity was of (91.5%) and specificity of (70.49%) accepting the affirmative hypothesis that indicates exsite correlation between the study variables. The population was conformed by 190 cases and the average value of Score Mama was: 5 considered this as the critical value for adverse obstetric - neonatal results and low APGAR score at birth. The mean (PAS) figures were (151 mm / Hg) of (PAD) 99 mm / Hg of (FR) 18 rpm of (SpO2) 96% and temperature 36.7 ° C. The main obstetric results were: Ascites (10.00% ), Syndrome HELLP (8.9%), Eclampsia (1.6%), Utero de Couvalier, Infected wound and subaponeurotic hematoma (1.1%). Deep vein thrombosis, hemorrhagic stroke, uterine hypotonia, hemoperitoneum and hypovolemic shock (0.5%). The neonatal resulants were: RN respiratory distress (41.05%), hypothermia (21.05%), cerebral depression (5.79%), sepsis of early origin (3.68%), necrotizing Januarycolitis (3.16%), extreme prematurity (2.63%), Low weight, anemia, chorioamnionitis, jaundice and hypoglycemia respectively with one (1.58%) respectively and finally Microcephaly with one (0.53%). The APGAR score per minute was (6.2) and (8.5) at 5 minutes.es_ES
