dc.description.abstract	La sistematización realizada fue Caracterización de los procesos afectivos a usuarios con discapacidad física, que presentan crisis paranormativa, el centro diurno “Mi Razón de Vida”. Durante la estadía como practicantes en el centro diurno se observó a las personas que se encuentran en el lugar por discapacidad física, además de esto, atraviesan por diferentes problemas familiares como separación o mala relación con miembros de su familia y al carecer de recursos para manejar la situación, desencadena en una etapa crítica que afecta aspectos sociales, laborales y afectivos, mostrando decaimiento en su rostro, tono bajo de voz, en algunos casos simplemente no lo expresaban de manera clara y precisa. El eje de sistematización fue evaluación de los procesos afectivos durante la etapa de crisis paranormativa. El objetivo fue determinar el estado de los procesos afectivos a usuarios con discapacidad física durante la etapa de crisis en sus familias. La metodología planteada fue cualitativa con modalidad de sistematización. Como reflexión crítica, se destacó la participación de los usuarios durante el desarrollo de sus actividades transmitiendo grandes ejemplos de fuerza y superación, pese a tener dificultades de orden físico y problemas en el aspecto afectivo como se evaluó, disfrutan de su permanencia interactuando con sus compañeros del centro. Como conclusión se determinó que los usuarios del centro diurno tienen dificultades para expresar sus emociones y su sentir a los demás miembros de su familia, producto de esto, se observa bajos niveles de actitud, predisposición y comunicación	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present Systematization work is about the characterization of affective processes in users with physical dissabilities who present paranormative crisis, in “Mi Razón de Vida” day center. During the stay as psychology practitioners, people who go to the day center because of physical disabilities were observed, besides that, they go through different familiar problems such as separation or bad relationships with their family members, and, due to lack of resources to manage the situation, it causes a crytical phase that affects social, work and affective aspects, showing decay on their faces, low voice tone, in some cases they simply didn’t express it clearly and precisely. The systematization axis is the evaluation of affective processes during the paranormative crisis stage. The objetive is to determine the state of the affective processes in users with physical disabilities during the crisis stage in their families. The metodology used for this work is qualitative with systematization modalty. As a critical reflexion, must be highlighted the users participation during the development of their activities which transmits great examples of strenght and overcoming despite having physical difficulties and affective problems, they enjoy their stay by interacting with their partners at the establishment. As a conclussion, it is determined that the users of the “Mi Razón de Vida” day center, have difficulties at expressing their emotions and feelings to other members of their families, due to this, it is evidenced low attitude levels, predisposition and comunication	es_ES
