Resumen
En el presente proyecto de tesis se realiza un estudio técnico, comercial, económico y financiero para la realización de un emprendimiento socioeconómico la creación, constitución y correcto funcionamiento de la microempresa ALMA DULCE dedicada a la elaboración de postres y bocaditos en el cantón Durán y así conocer la factibilidad del proyecto, la aceptación de los productos y la marca, por tal motivo se realiza un estudio de mercado, de la demanda y oferta del producto en el cantón.
Para conocer si el producto es aceptado por los habitantes se realiza la recolección de información a través de encuestas, para así obtener un resultado positivo de aceptación del producto y la marca por parte de los habitantes y verificar si el proyecto es viable con lo que se procederá a la creación de la microempresa con las respectivas bases legales que esta conlleva y así satisfacer la necesidad de consumo de los habitantes del cantón.
