Tema: Plan de inversión para optimizar costos operativos en Lubrimotor S.A.”
Se justifica la realización de la investigación debido a los impactos económicos que han
provocado el aumento en los costos operativos en la administración de los inventarios. La
empresa Lubrimotor S.A., se dedica a la importación y comercialización de lubricantes para
motores. La necesidad de la empresa es contrarrestar el impacto económico en el costo de
adquisición de los inventarios provocado por la inflación. Se planteó como objetivo elaborar
un plan de inversiones que contribuya a optimizar los costos operativos en Lubrimotor S.A.
con el propósito de mejorar la rentabilidad del negocio. La metodología aplicada fue de
carácter cualitativo. La modalidad es de campo y bibliográfica debido a que se realizó visitas
en el lugar donde se desarrolla las actividades operativas en la comercialización de lubricantes
importados, para efectuar entrevista a funcionarios de la empresa, los cuales fueron fuentes
primarias en la investigación. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva y no experimental. La
compra de vehículos para la correcta comercialización y la adquisición de un terreno con
infraestructura acorde al negocio disminuirán el impacto económico provocado por el aumento
en los costos operativos en la administración de los inventarios, debido a que los fondos
destinados para transporte y arriendo permanecerán en la compañía, considerando esto como
un ahorro. Se concluya que la implementación de este plan de inversión representara una TIR>
a 0, lo cual certifica la rentabilidad del proyecto.
Topic: “Investment plan to optimize operating costs in administration of Lubrimotor S.A.” The realization of the investigation is justified due to the economic impacts that have caused the increase in the operative costs in the administration of the inventories. The company Lubrimotor S.A., is dedicated to the import and marketing of lubricants for engines. The need of the company is to counteract the economic impact on the cost of acquiring inventories caused by inflation. The objective was to develop an investment plan that contributes to optimize operating costs in Lubrimotor S.A. with the purpose of improving the profitability of the business. The methodology applied was of a qualitative nature. The modality is of field and bibliographic because visits were made in the place where the operative activities are developed in the commercialization of imported lubricants, to interview the company's officials, who were primary sources in the investigation. The type of research was descriptive and not experimental. The purchase of vehicles for the correct commercialization and the acquisition of a land with infrastructure according to the business decreased the economic impact caused by the increase in operating costs in the administration of the inventories, because the funds destined for transportation and leasing will remain in the company, considering this as a savings. It is concluded that the implementation of this investment plan will represent a TIR> to 0, which certifies the profitability of the project. Keywords:
