dc.description.abstractLa cocina de inducción es un artefacto que ha surgido en la actualidad como reemplazo a la que funciona con gas, sustituyendo ese combustible por electricidad, debido a que el gobierno nacional busca ahorrar recursos ya que el gas es subvencionado. Con el ahorro de combustible se pueden optimizar una serie de gastos que el país requiere; por lo tanto, dentro de esta investigación se pretende dar a conocer el uso y beneficio de las cocinas a través de un manual. El objetivo principal es realizar un estudio del servicio y los beneficios que prestan las cocinas de inducción a los habitantes del barrio Vicente Rocafuerte. Para la implementación de este trabajo se utilizó herramientas metodológicas tales como: investigación de campo y bibliográfica. Se formuló un cuestionario dirigido a cada jefe de hogar, y una entrevista al Ing. Cristian Valero socializador PEC (programa eficiente de cocción) de la Corporación Nacional de Electricidad (CNEL) para poder constatar la problemática actual y de esa manera implementar estrategias que ayuden al progreso de la comunidad en general. Cabe recalcar que el tema es muy importante para la ciudadanía, ya que estamos expuestos a cambios para mejorar nuestra calidad de vida, pero también debemos decir que no todos tendrán la oportunidad de tener una cocina de inducción por muchos factores, ciertas familias mantendrán sus cocinas de gas, en caso de que el servicio de energía no abastezca para la provincia. Además todo este proceso de acceder al programa no será obligatorio y las familias pueden tomar sus propias decisiones en cuanto a la adquisición de las cocinas de inducción.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe induction stove is an artifact that has emerged today as a replacement to the kitchen stove with gas, replacing the gas for electricity because the national government tries to save resources because the gas is subsidized. In Ecuador saving of gas can be optimized by a number of expenses, therefore in this research it is intended to publicize the use and benefit of the stoves through training and manual development. The main objective is to analyze the impact on induction stoves considering the benefits that lead to progress in the neighborhood Vicente Rocafuerte. For this research were used methodological tools such as a questionnaire for each head of household and also was created an interview with the engineer Cristian Valero socializing PEC (efficient cooking program) of the National Electricity Corporation (CNEL) to ascertain the current problems and thus implement strategies that help the progress of the community. It should be noted that the issue is very important for citizens, because we are exposed to changes to improve quality of our life, but we must also say that not everyone will have the opportunity to have an induction stove because of many factors, some families keep their kitchens gas, if the energy service not cater for the province. Besides this process of accessing the program will not be mandatory and families can make their own decisions regarding the acquisition of induction stoves.es_ES
