Resumen
La Universidad de Guayaquil a través de la Facultad de Educación Física Deporte y Recreación, forma profesionales en el ámbito de la actividad física y de los deporte. Los árbitros deportivos deben ser capacitados profesionalmente a través de estudios regulares académicos, que los prepare para que puedan eficientemente desempeñar sus actividades. El objetivo de esta investigación es el de incluir en las actividades curriculares del Pensum académico de la Facultad de Educación Física la mención de Arbitraje deportivo, como una alternativa para los alumnos que escogen esta carrera. Metodológicamente se tomó en consideración y se analizó el pensum académico de la Carrera de Educación Física Deporte y Recreación de la Universidad de Guayaquil. Se entrevistó a árbitros, dirigentes deportivos y estudiantes, para determinar la acogida que podía tener esta mención. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo no experimental, se diseñó el currículo con los contenidos programáticos de la mención, tomando en consideración los resultados de las encuestas para presentar finalmente el documento a los directivos de la Universidad y de la Facultad de Educación Física, Deporte y Recreación, la posibilidad de aceptar esta propuesta, como resultado en la encuesta realizada a los dirigentes deportivos, en término promedio del 90% contestó que está de acuerdo que se haga una revisión al currículo de la Facultad, que se debe incluir la Mención en Arbitraje deportivo; y, la respuesta de los estudiantes fue el 90% indicó que es necesario esta mención, como una nueva opción en su formación profesional, ya que estar más capacitados y tener una mayor remuneración y campo de acción
The University of Guayaquil through the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation Sport comes form professionals in the field of physical activity and sport for this reason it is proposed the curriculum redesign and inclusion mention in sports referees already that arises from the need to prepare professionals with superior knowledge of nature. The mission of arbitration for sport has to be directed to form a body of arbitrators sporting in a position to exercise with more professionalism their functions, to ensure the objectivity of their proceedings in correspondence with the reality of the competition and maximize its benefits and possibilities on the formation of values of the society, such as track vital for prestige and strengthen the successful progress of the sports movement local, national and international in this sense, the vision is that resulted in the creation of a technology of sport arbitration that grounds and demonstrates its category of science. When you create a strategy to address by values for all sports, based on principles and tenets that guarantee the objectivity of the arbitrate activity. This is accomplished in all the sporting disciplines the vocational training and integral of a body of arbitrators capable of acting with a top professional efficiency. Using this technology the arbitration for sport will raise the prestige and progress of the sports movement, is used efficiently to the arbitration of sport as an effective means for the formation of values in the sportsmen and the society in general and that the arbitration for sport will occupy the place and recognition it deserves in the society. The arbitral action as a profession requires that the people who run have adequate preparation for the science, technology and art of the same i.e. that possess professional capacity. This professionalism must be limited to your initial and ongoing formation, with the start to the day in various areas curric.
