Resumen
El presente proyecto plantea el desarrollo de un sistema WEB y una aplicación móvil para Dial Los Ríos Babahoyo, cuyo objetivo es automatizar y optimizar todas las gestiones que se realizan dentro de la Institución y mejorar el bienestar de vida de los pacientes. El presente proyecto se desarrolló acorde la metodología Proceso Racional Unificado (RUP), por lo que el primer paso fue el levantamiento de información, para posteriormente realizar el análisis de la información recaudada y en base a la técnica de investigación descriptiva, donde se realizó las entrevistas. A continuación, se procedió a realizar el diseño del prototipo del sistema el cual revisándolo cumplió con todas las expectativas tanto del usuario como de los pacientes, por lo que inmediatamente se comenzó con el desarrollo del programa piloto logrando el mejoramiento de la gestión del personal y del paciente.
The present project proposes the development of a WEB system and a mobile application for Dial Los Ríos Babahoyo, whose objective is to automate and optimize all the efforts that are carried out within the Institution and improve the well-being of patients' lives. The present project was developed according to the Unified Rational Process methodology (RUP), so the first step was to gather information, to later carry out the analysis of the information collected and based on the technique of descriptive research, where the interviews were conducted. After that, the prototype of the system was carried out, which, by reviewing it, fulfilled with all the expectations of both the user and the patients, and immediately began the development of the pilot program, improving the management of personnel as well as the patient.
