Resumen
El desarrollo embrionario humano, embrogénesis humano, se refiere al desarrollo y la formación del embrión humano. Se caracteriza por los procesos de división celular y diferenciación celular del embrión que ocurre durante las primeras etapas del desarrollo. En términos biológicos, el desarrollo del cuerpo humano implica el crecimiento de un cigoto unicelular a un ser humano adulto. La fertilización ocurre cuando el espermatozoide ingresa con exito y se fusiona con un óvulo, el material genetico de los espematozoide y el óvulo se combina para formar una sola célula llamada cigoto y comienza la etapa germinal de desarrollo. El desarrollo embrionario en el ser humano abarca las primeras ocho semana de desarrollo. Al comienzo de la novena semana, el embrión se denomina feto. La embriología humana es el estudio de este desarrollo durante las primeras oocho semanas despúes de la fertilización.

It is characterized by the processes of cell division and cell differentiation of the embryo that occurs during the early stages of development. In biological terms, the development of the human body involves the growth of a single-celled zygote into an adult human being. Fertilization occurs when the sperm successfully enters and fuses with an egg, the genetic material from the sperm and egg combine to form a single cell called a zygote and the germinal stage of development begins. Embryonic development in the human being encompasses the first eight weeks of development. At the beginning of the ninth week, the embryo is called a fetus. Human embryology is the study of this development during the first eight weeks after fertilization.
